Greycastle is made from our CRAFT Premium Grade of White Oak which has been selected to achieve a nice balance of clear wood accentuated by natural characteristics such as sound knots. Our skilled craftsmen individually fashion each plank through our VintageCRAFT process, creating wire-brushed textures which accentuate the wood grain’s depth and inherently beautiful patterns.

The planks that make up a Greycastle floor contain a mixture of heartwood and sapwood, but this distinction is minimized by the specialized greying process that they go through.

TEXTURE / BEVEL

Refined techniques including wire-brushed texturing and fine hand sanding make the grain of a real wood floor come alive. Planks are moulded with a 0.7mm radius micro-bevel.

FINISH

DuRa Finish™ Ultra Matte looks natural and harmonizes with wood’s natural texture, while offering superior protection.
